So so so friendly! Peak Southern Hospitality here! And it's no wonder they're THE BEST. Loved every taste test wish I could pack up the whole store! Original flavour is of course a staple, but that sweet potato variant is pretty darn good!

Excellent service and even better candy! From the moment we walked the aroma was drool worthy! We were greeted and welcomed with samples of pralines. We purchased a good mix ranging from fudge, taffy and chocolate covered treats- all excellent. I’ve visited many candy shops and this was by far a more personable experience and didn’t feel uncomfortable being hard sold or pressured. Will definitely come back on our next visit to New Orleans

My 1st visit was awesome. I arrived at closing and one of the guys ask what did I want ,i said some Pralines. He said wait a moment and return with a box of (free) pralines and this should hold me until you come back tomorrow. Well, he was lying. I return the next day and purchased more assorted pralines for my daughter that requested some back home in Texas. I'm giving a shout out too Nate, Elle and Chad that gave me some great choices. The friendly services from Nate and his staff was awesome. I hope they read this review that I said I would do. Nate I was the Veteran on a Cain from Texas but a native from Northwest Louisiana. I will be back soon. US Army Combat Engineer Veteran

Disappointed with online order. I expected a box of fresh tortues (turtles) like I purchased in person at their location. Instead, I received a box of individual wrapped candies, the same as what one would find in any grocery store. For the exuberant prices that they charge, and the 2 day Fed-Ex shipping (which by the way is the only shipment method they currently have) I expected way better. The photos of the candies on their store web page is totally misleading.
