First time in and I will be back. The shop plenty of seating which is really nice. I tried a handful of flavors and it would be hard to pick a favorite here. I ended up get a huckleberry milkshake (also their milkshake machine is sooo quite). The employee was so friendly she was amazing and sweet, 10/10 worker bee!

I’m not a sweets guy by any means but my wife and kids are. I tried their dairy free cookies and cream and it was very good. Wasn’t too sweet and the consistency was spot on. We have been here a few times since they opened and the service is always top notch and the ice cream consistent. Owners went out of their way to greet us as well and welcome us in which was a nice touch.

Delicious flavors, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I had the Biscoff cookie butter ice cream and the kids had the circus cookie! Yum! They also have a happy hour half off scoops from 4:00-6:00. We will be back!

Today my family and I tried a delicious scoop of cookies and cream ice cream from the food truck at my kids school in Boise. Upon my first bite, I could taste the homemade richness of the cream which balanced well with the sugar. The consistency was perfect and each bite told a story. I loved how the cookies had their own flavor profile and did not overpower the ice cream. Even though I could have added toppings like whipped cream and marshmallows I felt that the simplicity/complexity of flavors stood on their own. My son ordered a waffle cone which added a slight saltiness to the sweet. It’s almost as if I was biting into a delicious peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie with sprinkles of maldon sea salt on top. Justin, the owner is very nice and provided individual attention to each kid ordering. The staff person serving the ice cream was hard working, precise, and made sure each order was perfect. What a lovely experience. I’m all about supporting local and feel that Spoonful Ice Cream is on the best oof Idaho list. I can’t wait to try more flavors.
