My team and I stopped here on our way back from helping a client move to Caldwell, ID. Steve's Ice-cream the perfect treat to enjoy along the 80fwy route. Warmly greeting upon entry - that says a lot in my book. I ordered the 2 scoop banana split with butter pecan and chocolate brownie ice-cream topped with almonds, hot fudge, and whipped cream. Oh my goodness! It tasted amazing! The whipped cream was homemade too! Not to sweet or bland - delicious. The Sunday was served in old fashioned tins too. Much more preferred than plastic or paper. Overall, 5 stars & highly recommended.

Very nice, owner ran and first rate. Lots of support from the locals he knew a lot of them by name but we were just passing through and stopped for ice cream and fuel, that's how we roll 😉. I had a banana split, my wife had a sundae but Steve has an extensive menu/toppings and lots of stuff we would have tried had we been in the area and made repeat visits. The place is clean, Steve and the rest of the staff are very nice

I grew up with Steve’s Ice Cream. Then I moved to Reno and then the east coast then back to Reno and I’m back visiting after 15 years. Still the best ice cream and whipped cream I’ve ever had.

Amazing service!!!!! I was greeted by the owner Steve and I wasn't quite ready but when I was I was helped by a lovely woman that helped me with a smile and nothing but positive fast service!!! Thank you for making my night and making amazing ice cream 🍨! Will be coming back for may years to come!!!! 🥰
