I recently stopped by Sundaes Johnston and had such a great experience from start to finish. I ordered the brownie batter ice cream with chocolate sprinkles and it was honestly one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a long time. The flavor was rich and creamy, the portions were generous, and the chocolate sprinkles were the perfect topping. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The atmosphere inside was amazing too, very welcoming, clean, and upbeat. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a good mood the second you walk in. The staff was friendly all around, but Olivia at the front really stood out. She was so polite, sweet, and patient while helping customers, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Great ice cream, great environment, and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and recommending Sundaes Johnston to friends and family!

went for some nostalgia with my best friend and got met with dirty employees and horrible customer service. My toppings were touched with bare hands, and we were the only people in line and they still forgot what my order was. when I confirmed that I only ordered one scoop after I received three I was met with attitude and hostility “it’s only a one dollar price difference.” The price wasn’t the problem. Neither is the ice cream. It’s delicious. hire new staff for our johnston-ites or i will not be back.

This place is overpriced and overrated. They're lacking customer service and communication. I went there attempting to get my granddaughter a kitty cone soft serve and myself a medium soft serve ice cream cone I was charged $12 and they were the exact same size very small. I attempted to return my auntie and ice cream cone because it was definitely not worth the value or the price and I work hard for my money they were dumbfounded and also only offered me $5 back common sense half of 12 is 6 they got mad when I ask for my other daughter. They're rather sarcastic. Right across the street is another restaurant called bomb smoothie they're phenomenal very pleasant prices are definitely right I hope everyone has a great night

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here since my kids were little. They're now 21 and 18 years old. Perfect example of, if it ain't broke, then don't fix it. Prices and serving amounts are fantastic. Especially today, in this economy. Everything is good. Absolutely no complaints. i wouldn't change a thing.
