This review is long overdue. Being a Veteran myself; I will always support a Veteran owned Business. Especially this establishment. My Family and I were out and we finished up our errands early. Stopped by for ice cream and they were still closed. We still had 30 minutes before they opened. The Owner saw us standing there and opened up early for us. Best service in town. Keeps us coming back 🫡🇺🇸 Plus they have a Military and Veteran discount 🤙🏾

The creamiest peanut butter ice cream ive ever had! Lots of flavor options, ice cream & sorbet plus mix in options. Great customer service also!

WOW! I have never felt so seen at an ice cream parlor. Long story short, I have a deadly peanut/tree nut allergy. I was not going to bother them about anything allergy friendly. My SIL asked the lovely cashier because she never wants me to be left out. A gentleman came out to ask me what I would like. He was told I was looking for allergy friendly. He asked me my flavors and then had me come to the back with him to see the allergy friendly process, how the prioritize people’s health and safety while still providing awesome service. This gave me a peace of mind I do not get anywhere else! I would recommend this place over and over again! Made my entire weekend trip worth it! Thank you guys very much :) P. S. We visited "Scoop Ice Cream" for the first time—and it will be our last. When we went to place our order, the staff were exchanging inappropriate comments, evidently assuming that I didn't understand what they were saying. We proceeded to order anyway, but the experience left us unimpressed; the staff asked no clarifying questions and completely lacked patience. Consequently, I will be returning to my favorite spot: Dairy Queen. Their excellent service and their attentiveness to my order are more than enough for me. Pay with love, and don't forget to leave a tip. Ohio Centreville
