Ordered the butter ale for $8.99 and a sidekick-sized chocolate soft serve for $5.99. The butter ale just tasted like a vanilla milkshake and the chocolate soft serve tasted like soured vanilla yogurt which we ended up throwing away after like 2 bites. Pretty disappointed,will not be going back.

Loved it here! They had a couple of sugar-free options and they were good! The comic section was extensive and awesome! The employees were engaging, funny, and sooooo helpful! Run don't walk to get your superhero fix in book, toy, ceramic or icecream form!

My experience at this establishment depends entirely on who is behind the counter. The lady with red hair is an absolute gem—she has a wonderful personality, is incredibly helpful, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. However, the service level drops significantly when she isn't there. Other employees, specifically Carly, are frequently on their phones and treat requests for help as an inconvenience. I hope management recognizes their standout employee and addresses the lack of professionalism in the rest of the team.
