  I've been there three times so far and I'll keep going back. I just wish they'd have the chocolate brownie more often—it's my favorite. I went today and they didn't have it 😞. Still, the staff is always friendly and the service is fast. 🍦

  ✨Update ✨ Had a chance to revisit over the weekend. I noticed the owner actually read my previous review and put up a warning sign by on the metal counter. Thank you so much for taking that feedback! This time, I just had some ice cream, and the blueberry basil cake flavor was incredible—so unique and delicious. They have a great, diverse selection of vegan options too.(Wish more regular icecream products next time🩷) The staff were all very kind and good scoopers. ————————————————————————————- I visited this shop after a long time, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. • I ordered a milkshake, but it was too liquidy. It felt more like a drink than a thick shake and lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. I wouldn't order it again. • The value for money is a bit lacking, as a double cup is $8.80 but the portion is quite small. • Safety Suggestion: The metal countertop by the open window gets extremely hot in the sun. I nearly burned myself today. Please consider adding a "Caution: Hot Surface" sign to protect your customers during the summer. Thank you,

  I love Sweet Action ice cream. I don’t like that they have lowered worker wages and implemented tipping. I know the workers do not like this shift. The signs you have put up in the shops are very misleading. You are a successful small business and have expanded locations, please continue to treat your workers with respect and dignity. It’s a big part of why I felt good supporting your business.

  Ice cream server Theo was absolutely amazing!! We called before coming to the store to ask a couple of specific questions regarding our dietary restrictions, and not only was she very polite, but also incredibly helpful. When we arrived at the store, she was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. She deserves more than 5 stars! Also, the ice cream was absolutely delicious!!!
