Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream & Candy Shoppe is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the bright neon signs and classic candy shop vibe make you feel like a kid again. The pistachio ice cream was outstanding — perfectly creamy with just the right nutty flavor. Absolute perfection. The coconut was equally delicious, smooth and rich without being overly sweet. You can tell they care about quality. And the candy selection? So much fun. They have an incredible variety that brings back all the childhood memories — it’s impossible not to smile walking through. If you’re in the area and craving ice cream or just a little sweet nostalgia, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back for more scoops. 🍨💗

First time here and tons of flavors and varieties. A bit pricey but their servings are generous.. I had a kids size cup dairy free peanut butter and chocolate chip and she must have shoved 3 heaping scoops into the small cup. It was very flavorful and I was able to sample

My family and I stopped by Sweet Annie's for ice cream after the fireworks because Cold Stone was already closed. There weren't many customers inside, and several employees were available, but one gentleman (pictured below) immediately gave the impression that he didn't want to be there. His body language alone made it obvious he wasn't interested in helping customers. After standing there for a few minutes, he finally asked if we had been helped. I said, "Not yet, but we're ready." When I told him there were seven of us, he visibly looked annoyed before starting our order: five small ice creams, one child's size, and one smoothie. Throughout the entire order, every time the front door opened, he would stop what he was doing, turn his head, and make an exaggerated expression of frustration whenever another customer walked in. It genuinely seemed like he was upset that people kept coming into an ice cream shop. The final straw came when my wife asked for hot fudge on her ice cream. His reaction was so over-the-top that she actually said, "Never mind, it's okay," because she didn't want to deal with his attitude. I wasn't willing to accept that. We were paying customers, and asking for a standard topping shouldn't be an inconvenience. I asked him to add the hot fudge, and he reluctantly did. We paid, enjoyed our ice cream, and left, but the experience left a bad impression. We've lived on this island for several years, and unfortunately this isn't the first negative thing we've heard about the customer service here. Sweet Annie's has the potential to be a great local ice cream shop, but customer service matters. Based on this experience, we won't be returning unless there are significant changes in management and the overall customer experience.

I went here with my husband for the first time since we’re new to the area and it was so cute! It has this nostalgic feeling and the ice cream was sooo good. The cones were still crunchy and we went at night! The service was great and I will definitely come back.
