  I took my family here after dinner and it ended up being one of the best parts of the night. The ice cream tasted really fresh, and they had a nice mix of classic and unique flavors. The employee helping us was patient while we figured out what we wanted, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair for the portions too. The place had a relaxed vibe that made us want to stay a little longer. Defintely a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving something sweet.

  Great ice cream shop. Lots of different flavor combos or make your own. Big portion for each flavor. Wife had the wings and were excellent as well. Definitely recommended!

  Rati and Esther gave me the best service I have ever gotten in any ice cream shop! I was treated with care and respect and felt like a guest welcomed into a lovely loving home! The food and dessert I was served well exceeded my expectations and blew them out of the water! I will certainly now be coming back as a regular customer to eat and enjoy some Seoul Kitchen and Icey Desserts after! Whatever they are being paid it is Surely not enough!

  I know Sweet Monster Ice Cream is known for their ice cream… but listen — I go for the CHICKEN. 🍗🔥 And it is absolutely AMAZING. Yes, expect a little wait time, especially if you get there right after they open (I showed up about 5 minutes after opening), but trust me — it is WELL worth it. The chicken is big, juicy, crunchy, and cooked just right. That first bite lets you know you made the right decision. Now let’s talk about the ice cream too 🍦 — made with real milk, super creamy, and presented beautifully when you get it. They don’t just scoop it and toss it to you, it actually looks good when you receive it. The atmosphere in the main area is bright and welcoming. When you head toward the bathrooms, the lighting shifts to a warmer, dimmer glow — my eyes definitely had to adjust a little, but it wasn’t bad. No smell or anything off-putting, especially considering I came right after opening. The chairs were comfy, which I appreciate. A few tables had a slight wobble, but nothing major (I always keep a little piece of cardboard with me just in case anyway 😊). When you walk in and look to the left, there were quite a few boxes and some machines not in use — seemed like maybe they’re a little tight on storage space — but it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall? 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food is consistently great, and the people are always friendly when I go. That’s what keeps me coming back. Thank you! 🙌
