My NO ICE endless summer drink came with half the drink full of ice. With soda water instead of Mountain Dew ( it is the most bland unflavored soda that doesn’t have Mountain Dew syrup in it what so ever) on top of the unflavored Mountain Dew that is the base drink, they skimped out HEAVILY on everything that is in the drink.

I wouldn't complain about this if it were just one thing, I actually HATE writing bad reviews. But sometimes I just want to make sure a manager knows what is going on. First the gal who took our order seemed annoyed to be there, talked super fast and looked mad that I asked her to repeat herself, she never smiled. I asked 3 times to make sure they would please leave the mango chunks OUT of my drink. Then when I asked the handout gal if the chunks had been left out, she ASSURED me they had, (they were in there!). So I felt from the time I ordered that I had inconvenienced them, that they didn't give a flip about getting my drink right, and then lied to my face so they wouldn't have to remake it. And to top it off, I had already tipped them! So my advice is to not tip them until you have evidence. I don't mind tipping someone I feel actually seemed to care about smiling and making some remote attempt to care about the quality of what they were selling, for a pretty penny I might add. My daughter's drink was bad too because the syrup was obviously running out of the coke machine and so there was almost no coke flavor in the drink. Like it wasn't even brown, more like amber. I am just writing this in the hope that these issues can be addressed and fixed!

Workers were extremely kind and helpful. The American Fork Utah swig is the best one by far. They make their drinks and food better then any of the other swigs I have had the pleasure of going too.

Just had a great experience at the Swig in American Fork! Even though we went through the drive-thru, the young lady who took our order stood out. She clearly knew her stuff when it came to customer service—friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole process was smooth, and we appreciated her attentiveness. It’s always a pleasure to see great service, even from the drive-thru. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area and looking for top-notch service with your drinks and snacks! 👍👍
