Best chocolate chip cookies 🍪 ever! Of course, I had to try their seasonal coconut lime sugar cookie...so good! 😋 My mouth waters when I view picture by the pool. Cookies best served chilled 🥶 Cool atmosphere with upbeat music too!

The drinks are really good and I enjoy the variety of options, but the customer service at this location needs improvement. The staff, especially the teenagers working, seemed more focused on gossiping with each other than taking care of customers. The teenagers who took my order was just holding my drink making me wait as she prioritized gossiping. I hope management provides more training on customer service and professionalism because the drinks are great, but the experience could be much better with a more attentive and welcoming staff.

No one is watching the order of walk in customers or when the walk in orders are made. There is a time stamp so it seems pretty easy to organize and distribute. Everyone in front of me in line had received their drink order and then they started handing out orders to customers who came in after me - customers with multiple items. I had one drink. When I asked one young man about my drink he said he would go track it down while the girl handing out orders looked back and rolled her eyes at me. Wow. An easy question, super easy fix. Drop the attitude and eye roll. To the young man who found my drink, handed it to me with a smile - thank you. Kindness goes a long way. You are doing great at life!

Every time I have been to this swig location at san tan village the workers have always been so rude and think way to highly of themselves. Today I went to swig with my girlfriend and she ordered a island time 24oz with no fresh orange and when we got to the window to pay and get our drink the worker gave us the island time and it was a 32oz with extra fresh orange and we asked if they could remake it and she said “I’m not going to lie they are just going to fish the orange out and give your drink back”. It is not only that worker though every time we have been there the drink has been made wrong some way and they have always remade it but they just have a attitude and they need to be trained better.
