This location literally never stirs my drink and is never consistent in mixture proportions. Some days it’s super light others it’s really dark… today all the syrup was just sitting at the bottom completely unmixed, three lids squished on the cup that broke my straw when I put in. We waited 20 minutes in line and we were 4 cars back.

I stopped at the menu to decide what I wanted to indulge in this morning. There want a line but the sweet girl came out and took my order not waiting for me to pull up. She was accommodating to making drink sugar free. I now have my caffeine for the day and was treated like it was her job it being brightness into my life this morning.

Whenever I go to this location something always is wrong with my drinks. Today I was charged for a 44 oz drink instead of a 24 oz drink (when we ordered 24 oz drinks), when I brought this up the the girl she said “well you get a 44 oz.” I thought it was very dismissive but fitting for this specific location since they always are a mess. I hope they from now on will train their employees to have good service since they never do. I’m very upset with my experience.

Stopped by SWIG today to get my weekly fix. Had another great experience. Was greeted in a friendly manner and our order was promptly taken care of. We added bagel bites to our drink order and they were very good. >>did not have our dog with us today, but when we do, we are always offered a pup cup, which is greatly appreciated
