The food is great considering it’s a glorified concession stand so not gourmet but much better than average. The service is consistently amazing and I mean flat out on it amazing. From the first person that greets you to the last person that hands you your order you can’t ask for nicer people to deal with. The drinks are made to order and such a treat.

Huge Swig fans - go regularly. Will not be returning to this location. Only car in the drive thru. Ordered two drinks, only received one. Waited for the girl at the window to return to ask for our other drink. She returns and says “do you need something else?” with a rather unfriendly tone. Politely told her we were missing our other drink (which she had initially read back to us when we first pulled up). She disappears, returns, hands us the drink while completely ignoring us and immediately walks away. Funnily enough, drinks were completely flat and only about 3/4 full. Lol. Not sure what was going on inside, but I don’t understand why it was taken out on us. Utterly bizarre experience. Disappointing for a place that we usually enjoy very much.

Decent little tea joint. The sign and name is misleading since they dont offer coffee. But that perfectly ok, the young lady said they get that alot. I still got a drink from them. Great atmosphere and customer service, employee was very helpful.

I’ve already left a good review but swig need more, today I walked from my job to swig and wanted a drink but I was worried they wouldn’t let me order due to being on foot instead of a car. The lady was SO nice and sweet, she took my order, let me stand by the door under the awning so I was out of the rain, she was very bubbly and prompt and sweet I wish I remembered her name so she could get noticed for how great she was. I love swig and the swig staff they are so welcoming and have great drinks!
