Great experience. The manager Connor was helpful in explaining the menu to me and walking me through the process. The drink was tasty and I’ll be back for sure. You dont find people who care much these days anymore.

Love this place! Drinks are great, super fast, very friendly staff. Don’t be deterred if the line is long! They come take orders in line and get you moved through quick!! Has pretty much replaced my afternoon coffee stops!

Ordered on the app for delivery to my car. Got there, clocked in to let them know I was here and it said they will be right out. Ten minutes later no order, so I walk up and a girl eating pretzels and on her phone mimed for me to go through the drive through. She finally walked out the back and told me she texted me through the app (yeah right and she did not) because since the delivery truck was there they didn't have enough people to go to the parking lot for deliveries to cars, lamest and nonsensical excuse ever. She told me to pick up my order in line. And there are more 8 cars in line now. It took me 24 minutes extra to get my drink. I also asked them to remake them since they were probably watered down by this point. They said ok. I get to the window, get my drinks and see that they are indeed watered down. Extremely poor customer service. Will not be back

Stopped by Swig and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had my order ready quickly. I tried the Pepsi Cherry Bomb, and it was absolutely delicious—the perfect mix of sweet cherry flavor and refreshing Pepsi. Great service and a tasty drink will definitely keep me coming back!
