Went for the first time today- They’ve got gummy sharks! 😍 Rainin (sorry if I spelled wrong!) took our order and she was AWESOME. Literally the nicest person ever. It was all around a great experience, and the pretzels were super tasty. Totally going back!

Not only did they help us decide what to order (and it was good) but my youngest daughter (2years old) dropped her drink and spilt it all over the car. The cashier seen it and said dont worry we will get her another one. Small meaningful transactions like that dont always exist in a world of online everything now days. Well done Swig and Staff

DO NOT GO HERE. 😭 I just went to Swig specifically for the Lil’ Squish promotion, ordered 2 large drinks like the promotion says, waited in line for 45+ minutes, and then got told at the window that you had to “request a ticket” when ordering to get one. NOWHERE in the promotion does it say that!! We literally told the person taking our order we wanted the drinks that qualified for the squishies too. Never going to Swig again. Don’t promote something to get people to come spend their money and then add rules that were never advertised. 🙃

Drove 1 hour to the Swig Squishy event August 27th, Arrived an 1 hour early to make sure I was one of the first ones in line. We were in the first couple of cars placed our 2 32OZ drink order with the employee in line, Got to the pickup window and the guy at the window said we had to ask for the promotion when we placed the order and did not give us the squishes. NOWHERE on the advertisement did it state that we had to ask for it when we placed the order. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN MY BOOK. Do better with your customer service SWIG.
