Swig has the worst customer service of any chain I’ve ever encountered. I bought a tumbler on Black Friday as a Xmas present and it broke 2 days after opening it. I contacted customer service via email and sent pics and they are SO SLOW and now say it is too late for a refund even though I contacted them within 30 days of purchase. They take about a week to reply to each email and never offer a resolution other than they offered to send a replacement crappy tumbler and have never followed up with how to do this. I have two emails to them un responded to and instead of actually helping, they will reply to this and ask me to email them! It’s impossible to talk to a real life person and I’ve been dealing with this for an entire month. It is a poorly-made tumbler and was a waste of $30. I was a loyal customer and now I will go to one of the many other soda shops in the area.

Waited in line for 20 minutes with no explanation. When we asked, they said they were really backed up. We didn’t move at all! I definitely understand a few extra minutes for a larger order, but if someone has an order that causes a 20+ minute backup, maybe they should pull to another spot and let the other people leave. The workers were very nice, but a Saturday afternoon should have more workers so that this doesn’t happen. Still waiting in line as a type this, hopefully we can leave soon. :/

Felt valued and cared for at this location today! The rep helping us was amazing (I think her name is Taylee?). Would come back to this location. They mixed the drinks perfectly.

Ordered a strawberry refresherand asked for it half sprits, so it would be carbonated, and double the syrups and berry purre or raw fruit. I made it maybe 1/4 mile down the road and realized that there was no double of anything. Went back to show the gal taking orders and she looked at the label on the cup and saw it didn't indicate double there either. She politely apolgized saying that was her mistake and she a ould be glad to remake it for me. She was very proffessional and cool about it. I love this place more and more every rime i go.
