Swig has the worst customer service of any chain I’ve ever encountered. I bought a tumbler on Black Friday as a Xmas present and it broke 2 days after opening it. I contacted customer service and sent pics and they are SO SLOW and now say it is too late for a refund even though I contacted them within 30 days of purchase. It is a poorly-made tumbler and was a waste of $30. I was a loyal customer and now I will go to one of the many other soda shops in the area.

Such a delicious social trend that gets your soda pops-dirty, and full of flavor, while also making you forget going to a bar or taproom for a drink. The atmosphere is great with the way it’s sat up. You definitely need to go!

The Swig staff, from the outside order attendant, to the drive through associate, were all very pleasant. Each time I have visited for drinks and snacks, which is often, the experience has been a positive one.
