We love Swig for the variety of drinks offered! I had the doctor pepper, coconut, and raspberries and my husband had the endless summer. Both drinks were delicious. We were confused because our bill was $7.70 and we presented a $15. Gift card. We were told By the cashier that our balance was $5. When it should be $7.30. Everything else was fine.

What a lovely experience. Such sweet people who work there! I love them. I take my daughters there sometimes, and the service is so nice although I do try to make sure we don’t have too much caffeine 😉

I feel like this Swig always has something out of stock, and they let you order then they tell you it’s out of stock. The service here is very mid, they will get your drink right 50% of the time and when they get your drink right they’ll forget to give you a straw. If this store was somewhat consistent it would earn a 5 star for me.

I’ve been a regular customer at Swig for years, and I love the brand—our office staff frequently orders specialty drinks, and I personally place large orders for the team 1–2 times a week. The other Swig locations in the area are consistently fantastic, which is why I keep coming back to the chain. Unfortunately, the Santa Clara store has been providing consistently subpar service lately, and I wanted to bring this to the management's attention in hopes things improve. - They have repeatedly run out of basic items like straws, which is surprising for a soda shop with a relatively simple inventory. Cups and straws should be staples. - On one visit, my wife ordered the Bliss (Diet Coke with lime and cranberry juice), but they were out of cranberry juice. Instead of letting her know or offering an alternative/substitution, they served her a plain Diet Coke with a lime wedge, charged full price for the Bliss, and said nothing about it. - Another time, they were out of cinnamon for a seasonal fall drink—again, with a grocery store right in the same parking lot, running out of key ingredients feels avoidable. - Several times I've walked in for pickup (including large online orders) and been completely ignored while staff focused solely on drive-thru. I waited over 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or even said they'd be with me shortly. - The staff often comes across as indifferent at best, and sometimes bordering on rude—very different from the warm, attentive service I've experienced at other Swig spots. I recently tried Twisted Sugar across the street a couple of times for office drinks, and the contrast was striking: friendly, grateful staff, accurate orders, great drinks, and delicious cookies. It's disappointing to feel like I have to go elsewhere when I prefer supporting Swig. I hope management can address these inventory, communication, and customer service issues at this location. I'd love to see it return to the high standard the brand is known for.
