We were referred to this place from our Airbnb host and it was fantastic!! We were told to seat ourselves and we picked the cleanest booth we could find. There was really only 2 to choose from and people had just gotten up from them. Our waitress came right away and got our drink order. She came right back to wipe off our table without being asked! We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. It was hot, it was absolutely delicious, and it was huge portions. We only ate half the food just so we could get some of their homemade icecream. This icecream was next level. Delicious!! Seriously RUN to get a meal here. It looks like a hile in the wall but it packs a punch you won't forget. Also the nicest waitress around!!

What a great place! They have other food too besides ice cream but we went for the hot fudge! Large scoops of assorted ice creams...all delicious! There were 6 of us and we ate at a table inside...btw all of us we ordered ice cream with cherries, 2 vanilla hot fudge sundae, banana split, brownie vanilla hit fudge sundae and a gingerbread shake. Really great! Must go when in Camden.

My fiance introduced me to Taggarts a few years ago. It's amazing. Love the small town atmosphere, too. The staff always have a smile and patient. There's so many choices of treats (& food). My fiance always gets their butterscotch milkshake & I get the sundae with pb sauce & Reeses Pieces. My son gets different treats - this time he got the Unicorn without the Horn. Loved it! They also have a food side, which we'll be trying soon. Open 100 years this year (2026). Keep it up - definitely customers for life 😀

Came for the Taggert’s Mushroom Swiss Burger and plan to leave with a waffle cone in hand. My ex. told me that this establishment had been well known in these parts for many years. I just haven’t been this far south in a few years.
