The checkered floors and soda fountain hum instantly wrapped me in a cozy, bygone era. Each scoop of ice cream tasted like a summer memory, rich and perfectly sweet. It's a delightful, old-fashioned stop that truly brightens any afternoon in Cave Creek.

    Absolutely the best ice cream in the Valley! I recently stopped by The City Creamery in Cave Creek and it was fantastic. Every flavor is made fresh right there in the store and you can really taste the difference. The vanilla ice cream was incredibly dense, rich, and one of the most delicious vanillas I’ve ever had. I also tried the salted caramel shake and it was over-the-top good. Perfectly balanced and seriously addictive. The vibe of the place is so cool and welcoming and the staff is always smiling and genuinely friendly. It feels like a true local gem. If you’re anywhere near Cave Creek, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be back soon!

    1st time here. Very tasty, very knowledgeable staff, friendly and absolutely no wait, no snobby teenager crushing me, just pure deliciousness. The Prickly pear with Almonds= 🔥 Charlie Jr was fantastic 👏 An instant fan. Tell them Anthony sent ya!

    We enjoyed trying out this ice cream shop! The service was very good! You can sample flavors ahead of time to make sure you like what you get. They make their ice creams and have some good flavors that you don’t find everywhere - like huckleberry or prickly pear. The dark chocolate was really good.

    Wow! Such a great place to get a little ice cream. Easy to give this spot a 5-stars with how friendly they were, the fact that the scopes were very generously sized, and that they have the old-school homemade ice cream makers. I tried a little bit of the cookies & cream, huckleberry, and pistachio. All were delicious but my favorite always seems to be cookies & cream. Just a personal flavor thing. I tried the cookies & cream in a waffle bowl which was good too. Again, very generous scopes inside a big waffle bowl which I appreciated! Also, very clean inside which was great. Thank you all! If you visit, I hope you find some flavors you enjoy as much as I enjoy cookies & cream 😋
