Excellent Cookie Jar ice cream made a delicious milkshake. The server made the whipped topping and sprinkles/cookie crumbles on the top and sides so beautifully I didn't want to mess them up! The interior of the diner is classic 1950s/60s neon color cool! I felt like I stepped back in time! The coney I had was tasty and a good value. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I want to try more of their food, including the burgers that look delicious! I also wanted to try one of their daily specials, but I just wasn't hungry enough! Friendly, prompt service from Virginia. She kept our drinks topped up and always had a smile when asking if we needed anything else! ¡Muchas gracias, hasta temprano!

Everything is spectacular! Loved the classic diner atmosphere, and wonderfully friendly service! Our waitress went out of her way to make us sweet tea, which we appreciated so much! (It’s nowhere in Michigan!) We ordered tuna melts, which were on the specials board, and they were fantastic! We ordered different sides…the side salad was fresh with plenty of toppings and good ranch dressing, and the sweet potato fries were dusted with just enough powdered sugar to make them extra special, served with a yummy caramel sauce. No complaints or critiques whatsoever! Comet is doing it right! We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town! Our new favorite!

This was my husband's and my first time coming here. We have seen it in the past but never stopped in. This weekend we stopped in for breakfast. The food was amazing, very tasty and came out hot, even my scrambled eggs and that never happens. The place is set as an old diner from the inside out. Two picnic tables for families to sit and eat at. A bathroom if it's needed and one side of the building is nothing but ice cream!! Our waitress was fast and friendly and recommended some really good food. The light fixtures are really cool and psychedelic like. Really pretty. Of course ice cream and floats and banana splits for desert.

I had the Macinator (one of their specials) with a side salad. Both were delicious. The atmosphere generally felt like the 1950s and early 1960s with their decor and music, which had a nice charm. The service was excellent and attentive.
