The Story
The sweet aroma of vanilla and sugar drew folks from all around to the bustling windows of The Creamery, a true small-town gem. Laughter and the clinking of spoons filled the air as families enjoyed classic scoops and frosty treats under the sunshine. With every delicious, old-fashioned bite, that little retro stop on Canal Street felt like coming home.

Soooo good! And the best prices around. Driving to Connecticut and just stopped by chance, now I want to make a special trip!

Black raspberry shake was delicious. Ordered a sausage, received a hot dog; the fifty cents price difference wasn't enough to complain about. Young female order-taker at the window seemed confused about our order. My friend ordered a sausage with everything. It took the entire staff ten minutes to figure out what that meant and complete the order. "Everything" was only mustard, ketchup, onions & relish. Go for the ice cream, not the food.

Best Ice cream ever. The milkshakes are so good and the coney dogs way better than A&W hands down. The orange vanilla twist in a cup with crunch and sprinkles oohh so good. Very family friendly atmosphere. Also they are actually a must stop if your a hiker like me hiking along the Ohio Buckeye Trail which is so cool 😎.

If you are in Ohio...get the Buckeye...don't ask why...just order it. The Creamery allowed me to substitute hard dip (butter pecan) instead of soft serve vanilla. They added a generous amount of small buckeyes and not too much fudge...just how I like it.
