The old nostalgia of this shop is amazing! I love the old bowling alley and live music. Just a fantastic place to spend a couple hrs of your day visiting.

Absolutely adorable time capsule. Took a detour on our roadtrip so my Ohioan fiance could see it. Bit pricey, to be transparent, but nearly all ice cream places are now. Cones were big and messy with two scoops, but definitely getting your money's worth. Also have bowling lanes, lots of neat memorabilia, and nice staff.

In the middle of a long road trip I had an urge for a milkshake and almost immediately i see the Interstate sign with services listed and one of them says, 'Double Dip Soda Fountain' I was like.....wow that's is wonderful. Now on road trips i do not like pulling off the highway and then going down a road for more than a 1/2 a mile and I almost turned around however my desire for something cold and sweet was overwhelming (it is about 3 Miles from the Highway) From the outside it looked like it was going to be a 'Time Warp' once I walked in it was every bit the Time Warp and the milkshake became the least of my interest. I eventually ordered, cured my urge with a delicious milkshake and was on my way. Not sure If i will ever pass this way again but if I get anywhere close i assure you i will stop again....Thank You.

This stop is definitely worth making for no other reason than the atmosphere. The young lady behind the ice cream counter was very sweet and an asset to the establishment. Looking forward to our next trip so we can check out the adjoining restaurant and spend time in the antique store across the street.
