My party and I had a wonderful time visiting here. My brother's boyfriend loves trains so it was a special treat for him 😁 but there's lots of history for history lovers and cool artifacts/displays to look at. Lastly, the soda fountain has an array of fun and tasty options. 😋 Great experience overall!

Such an awesome museum! We went for the first time and we happened to go when they have the heroes vs. villains exhibit and it was such an awesome time! They have various exhibits throughout the museum such as some Native American background/history, medical, coins, and you can’t forget the trains! With it being part of the old train station, it’s so cool just walking into the building. You’re greeted by the huge, open, welcoming space that really makes you feel what it was like to live back then. Great food/beverages are available as well as a cute gift shop.

I've never been at Christmas time and it is so worth seeing the beautiful Christmas tree. The museum is full of so much to learn and walking through the train makes you feel like a passenger. Carol at the ticket counter is fabulous. Very informative and Nebraska nice. She even took our picture by the tree before we left. She had us stand in the perfect spot to capture the trip beautifully. We enjoyed a chocolate malt before we left and the young ladies that took our order were very nice as well.

Just love this place! Definitely a place to go if you're looking for something chill to do in Omaha. We always have such a great time, if you get a chance to do guided tours it's so worth it! Great place for field trips or just exploring as a family. We had so much fun experiencing the Heroes and Villans exhibit. The Superhero one a while back was also a favorite.
