Easily one of the best ice cream places I've been too. I was indecisive after a 2-mile walk at meadowbrook park today and was trying to choose Betty Rae's or this place for ice cream, the Golden Scoop. I definently made the right choice by giving this local coffee house/ice cream shop a try. Me and my daughters got vanilla, mint chocolate chip, and cookie dough, along with protein balls. The protein balls were amazing for the price, and the ice cream is made in-house, so it is such a unique local treat! I urge all who read this to give this place a try, you won't regret it!!! I'd post a picture, but I already ate everything!

We LOVE the Golden Scoop! Their mission to help those with developmental disabilities have meaningful work is AMAZING! They have games, a chalk wall not to mention all the delicious treats and great coffee! My favorite was the Golden Crunch (cinnamon toast crunch cereal 🤤) my fiancé loved their apple pie ice cream and their mint ice cream was so refreshing! We also got a caramel latte and it was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Great place, Ice cream is amazing cookies are so delicious and the root beer really hit the spot. If you've not tried it you really need to.
