  I was visiting Richmond Hill from out of town and decided to stop in for some ice cream. The ice cream itself was very good, and the flavors we tried were delicious. Unfortunately, the service and portion size were disappointing. When we ordered, we were asked what flavor we wanted and what type of cone, but we were never asked what size we wanted. We were then served what appeared to be less than a single scoop of ice cream. I was genuinely surprised by how small the serving was—I've visited many ice cream shops in different places and have never received a scoop this small. The quality of the ice cream was excellent, which makes the experience even more disappointing. With better communication during the ordering process and more reasonable portion sizes, this could be a great place to visit. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future customers have a better overall experience.

  Great atmosphere for children. They have a train that is running at the top of the parameter of the ice cream shop. Lots of fun for adults.

  The best little ice cream shop! There's a large ice cream selection including some dairy free options. The staff is wonderful and polite. Definitely worth a visit, especially on a hot summer day!
