Amazing drinks, amazing food! I love these girls. I have seen some pretty mean people treat the girls unfairly and they still have amazing attitude and I feel that doesn't get talked about in customer service! I do hope they get some grace as it seems these girls might be learning their first job ever and we all have been there trying to learn our first job and customer service is a hard one! I love how they handle their business and work their butts off with just two girls and a huge line and doing what they can while having the amazing attitude with customers even ones that don't give them some grace!

I think this makes the 100th soda shop in Idaho Falls. I stopped by to give it a try. I got a sparkling ram. It was pretty tasty. Also the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie was delicious. The store is super clean. The workers were very friendly and fast. If you need a soda you should give this place a try.

They were very annoyed when they saw a customer was at the window. I specified that I wanted no ice in my drink and they filled the whole damn thing with it. My drink is about as watered down as their personality’s now.

We had a really frustrating experience here tonight. We pulled up to the drive-thru an hour before closing and were completely ignored at the speaker. After waiting a few minutes, we drove up to the window where the employee looked right at us but didn’t acknowledge us or open the window for 5 minutes. She literally was just sitting there doing nothing… no other customers were inside or in the drive thru. We ended up going back to the speaker, and when we finally got help, it didn’t get much better. We had the menu pulled up on our phone, but when we tried to order a drink listed on their own website, the employee acted like it didn’t exist. We switched to a different drink just to move things along, and even then there was confusion. At that point, we were pretty over it. Hopefully they can work on better communication, basic customer service, and making sure staff know the menu.
