  I have taken my Special Olympics Athletes to Soda Jerk for the last 7 years during our Summer Games at Hendrix University. Lisa has always welcome my group and has gone above making them feel comfortable. Last Friday night, we left the dance early to get there before closing. I sure didn’t want to miss getting to treat my athletes to ice cream at Soda Jerk. I had many newbies this year. Well, we got there too late. She closed early due to switching over to a new ice cream brand. She was working hard (think of all the work it takes for a switch like this). She and Kevin were working hard but she saw us outside and welcomed us in. She said, “I’ve been waiting for you guys all day!” She only had 1 flavor due to the change. She whipped up Cotton Candy ice cream for us. She did have a little bit of dairy free gelato for our GF/DF girly. She and Kevin laughed and joked with the athletes. Instead of me treating them to ice cream, they treated them to ice cream. Thanks so much to you both. So glad I got to see you again, Lisa. It says a lot when you only go to an established 1 time a year and you are remembered. Thank you for remembering us.   This is the cutest ice cream and coffee spot just off the square down town. The staff is always friendly and everything is tasty! The owner even supports local teachers by doing a coffee delivery to the high school once a week. Today I got a malted chocolate shake. Yum! Love, love the Soda Jerk!

  Daughter wanted to shop local for her birthday, so we searched coffee and found this place. Cute and staff were super friendly. Prices were decent and flavor was amazing. Glad we stopped in and plan to do so the next time we are in town. Thank you!

  Ice cream is super smooth! My only issue was the sprinkles. I thought they had normal sprinkles, but instead they had the small disk ones that are kinda hard... personal preference, though. Still a 5⭐️ place. The place has the PERFECT ice cream for recovering from the loss of a loved one. Also reminds me of a little parlor I went to when I was little with my grandpa and another one I went to when I was in Paris, France. The two girls on shift were super kind and gentle
