You might see the tourist rack cards, and wonder if it’s actually worth the trip. The answer is definitely yes. Unless it’s a Saturday, because they are closed, but they are open on Sunday. They make a good portion of what they sell. It’s fun to watch their candy wrapper in action as they wrap their saltwater taffy. It’s a marvelous machine. The store is FULL of every type of candy you can imagine. This place is definitely one of my must stops when I’m in the area.

This is a must stop for those that have a sweet tooth! Great in house made candy and endless options from chocolate, taffy, jelly beans…pickled flavored yogurt coated pretzels…and it was all amazing! It is great for replenishing the glucose demands during hikes (I’m a T1D, and it came in handy)

CHARLIE, you are the man! He greeted me outside the shop and was so kind and friendly! This place will absolutely knock the socks off of you. It is pristine inside, with decadence, deliciousness, and delight. These folks go above and beyond in small town America to provide a sweet confection that will sure to stick in your mind! Absolutely wonderful find and so glad I stumbled upon America’s best candy store!
