Happened by yesterday to try to remember old times at Reunions there at the VFW. My Sister was familiar more recently on travels for work. The shop was inviting and comforting. We Love Towns like this :)

What a great place ! Treated great an a grand selection of ice cream - U can even get a malt - rare to see that offered. Ice cream ( hand dipped) was way better than I hoped. The whinny about price isn't justified !!

Love to pop in for an ice cream cone on a hot day, nice seating inside lots of room or outside under the awning. The cinnamon rolls are the best in Illinois and one roll lasts because they’re so big I cut into pieces to make it last. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Get milk and creamer there too, I read from others they are pricey, but by the time you drive to a big store you spend way more on gas than the few cents more and I like that the dairy is local. Lunch specials are always good, this small town treasure is a treat. Check it out when you’re in Minonk.
