The Whole Scoop Ice Cream in Hoover, Alabama is a fantastic spot. The store was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ice cream was excellent with great flavor and quality. What truly stood out was the service — the employees were amazing, extremely pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with. They were welcoming, friendly, and clearly cared about providing a great customer experience. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

We've been going here over 12 years and we absolutely love it. The service is always quick and polite and the ice cream is always DELICIOUS. My personal fav is the pumpkin pie sundae during the holidays but they have so many good flavors and unique ideas (the chocolate orange shake is another delicious invention of theirs)

Great little icecream shop with a family atmosphere and many flavors. A must go for children and icecream connoisseurs. Could get a little crowded at times, but you move pretty quickly though the line. So many options with have you coming back to try then all.

I had a great experience here. Workers were friendly and it was super clean. They have gluten free cones and non-dairy ice cream options which is so nice!
