I love this location! The drinks are always made to order, the prices are great, and the employees are the best! I came by for my birthday drink after being treated rudely at a different location. The drive thru employee was super sweet, and after I told him what happened, he brought over another employee and they sang happy birthday to me with clapping and everything! It made me laugh, and I definitely felt special for my birthday! I loved how kind and silly they were. All of my Thirst business will be done at the Downtown location from now on! ❤️

Thirst is by far the best soda shop. Best experience, best treats, the only soda shop that makes everything from scratch. Also I’m in love with the owner.

Guy who works here at 1:00 on Wednesday, March 25th was rude and unhelpful… i wanted to ask for a “founders” type drink and he just stared at me like i was an idiot. And then said ill do a lil mama with coconut cream and said medium. He didnt verify the size. Instead i got a large and not the drink i wanted!!! I dont understand why customer service is so hard for some people… truly he needs training or is incompetent
