    I got Cookie Monster and teen got honey 🍯 macadamia nut 🌰 one, I believe mixed with something else I can’t remember. The creamy texture of the ice cream 🍨 is great and a welcome break from driving as they had plenty of seating when visited for you to sit though one scoop and make sure it’s still enough for the road or one more worthy. See you in future adventures though town.

    I tried Thurgood Creamery recently with some friends. The overall consensus was not great. I didn’t mind my ice cream, I ordered the pistachio ice cream. I thought it tasted good with a fair amount of actual pistachios in the ice cream. Two people in our group ordered the cookies and cream ice cream. They did not like it at all. Said it tasted oily to them. Another friend in our group ordered the cookie monster & said it also tasted oily. They had a lot of different flavors. I’m not sure what the chance of two different ice creams both tasting oily was. Our group said they wouldn’t be back overall. The line was really long when we got there but I felt like it went quickly. Seemed like a very popular place. I thought the prices vs portions were just okay. If you go, I would suggest the pistachio ice cream personally. It was decorated cute & seemed like a fun hangout kind of place.

    Excellent service. Very willing to help give samples. Most important part when getting ice cream. They always say to try all the flavors.

    Hands down, some of the best customer service we have been shown in a while. I don’t know what training you give your staff, but it shows in a warm-hearted and kind way. Nothing over the top, but well prepared and thoughtful as we were greeted, educated on the menu of choices (I have food restrictions), and how you treated our children too. Thank you for a wonderful, low-key experience. We will certainly come back.
