    It was our 1st time visiting this establishment. The ride there was enjoyable especially a sunny beautiful day. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors. And the customer service is exceptional!! We just love this ice cream, it tastes so fresh & creamy. And they also sell some you can take home in their freezer section. They also have outdoor door seating where you can enjoy the view while eating your treat. The ride was definitely worth it. This ice cream beats out any other ice cream place in this state. I highly recommend this establishment

    Excellent place for ice cream 🍨, and one of the best in Connecticut. Its unique variety is based on local organic ingredients, as well as the research and work of UConn students. You can also see how the ice cream is made, which is very interesting for both children and adults. The place is very friendly to families. I also strongly suggest walking up to nearby Horsebarn Hill for a spectacular view of UConn and many miles around it. You also can have a nice walk around the base of the hill to see cows 🐄 and horses 🐎

    First time visiting UCONN. Any campus with ice cream this good is worth attending. Friendly staff. The creamiest ice cream. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious! Husky tracks were also a big hit! Don’t miss this spot!

    We were told this was the top the thing to do at UConn and it was just about the only thing we did. Ice cream was delicious, on par with creameries I've visited in WI and CA. Tons of flavor options, my wife got chocolate (very rich) and I got this year's flavor made by seniors at the college (like a cherry chocolate). If you're doing more than this on your visit, do it first and walk the campus, Horsebarn Hill, or the research forest trails after.
