The Story

Union runs a real fountain by day and a bar at night in one of Old Town's best rooms, which means the float and the cocktail come off the same counter.

First time at The Union Bar and we were delighted to be there. Really nice place with a large patio to enjoy. Nice bar for mature audience and great conversation. Food was delicious though my wife and I shared the cheeseburger meal. The drinks were nice and my shake delicious though pricey. Our server was delightful and engaging to our needs. Highly recommend stopping by. A5⭐️experience!

The scenery at this restaurant is incredibly warm and welcoming. Our waiter, Falan, was a huge contributor to this experience. He was very accommodating and customized our orders, and also provided great conversation. My salad exceeded expectations, and my friends enjoyed their sandwiches. Would recommend.

I enjoyed this place, unfortunately for me I ordered the greasiest options, sorry cholesterol. The parking here isn’t terrible, there’s some street parking and I think a small lot, you probably have to walk though, At least from what I could tell. I could be wrong. But I went on a rainy day somewhere before lunch and a not so busy day and it was nice to get served fast Seeing as how big this place is, I can’t imagine all the lost conversation. It’s a nice clean modern place, a lot of lighting, open and a ton of tables. I started with the Grilled cheese dippers and I know it’s simple, but when it hits the right spots, there are no complaints it’s very cheesy but not to the extent where you want to stop eating it. The bread is perfect, crispy on the outside and served with a cup of tomato bisque which yes, great for dipping. For an entrée I sort of spaced out and got a patty melt, as if I didn’t have enough cheese, I panicked. But it was good. I enjoy aoilis, the cheesiness. It was a little too greasy for me, but honestly that’s what a patty melt is, you know when you order. Some can handle it, My body can handle it in increments. But good.
