Grabbing a late dinner on the way home from a business trip and always wanted to try the dip amazing food and great selection but what I absolutely loved was the fact that on a Sunday night at after 8pm the crowd continued to grow and everyone was so happy and enjoying the weather and food and such an amazing safe place for people to go

In Hernando on business and asked if there was a local burger joint and was directed to The Dip. OMG!!! The menu and th signature sandwiches on the menu were UNBELIEVABLE! We got the Black and Bleu with onion rings and the Triple Cheese ( I think ) with cheesy fries. Everything was INCREDIBLE!! We were so full that we couldn't even indulge in the ice cream that they make on-site! We said that we'd swing back by on our way out of town but didn't. Great excuse to go back!

Absolutely unacceptable service the owner and there’s another manager they’re both men they are extremely rude and disrespectful we spend $54 at this place and they couldn’t even fix a simple issue this is completely stupid, unacceptable and crazy. They messed up an ice cream slush or whatever it’s called we didn’t like it the manager wouldn’t even remake it or give another drink or something. The OWNER this old man he wrote it down wrong we didn’t order that! We will NOT be coming back I’m not going to spend money at a business where the attitudes are disgusting absolutely not mind you this place doesn’t even have a phone to call them?? What business that serves food doesn’t have a phone to take orders or address issues that’s so dumb this place is a joke. We haven’t been in a long time and never had a bad experience here until now.

I've been eating here since I was a wee lad, and today I used the mobile ordering app with great success! I checked in a couple minutes before I arrived to hopefully save some time on my order and it worked great. I pulled right up to the window, they asked if I needed any extra condiments and then gave me my bag. It was very quick and efficient, and the worker was very kind. I got a cheeseburger and waffle fries and neither disappointed. Will be back! (of course)
