I took my two kids to Virginia City the second week in July and the ice cream was really good and the little parlor was cute but the blond girl behind the counter was rude as hell. She acted like she was having the worse day ever and we were an annoyance to her. Kinda ruined the vibe for us.

Stopped by the Virginia City Creamery and it did not disappoint! The huckleberry ice cream was incredible—packed with real berry flavor and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The cookies and cream was just as good, loaded with cookie pieces and super creamy. One of the coolest parts was getting to watch the ice cream being made right there. Seeing the old-fashioned equipment and the process behind it made the experience feel unique and authentic. Between the homemade ice cream, the historic atmosphere, and watching it being made fresh, this was easily one of our favorite stops in Virginia City. Highly recommend! 🍦⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What delicious ice cream! Plenty of options from which to choose and a few I’d never seen before. For instance, Wedded Bliss, a vanilla with hot fudge, caramel, and chocolate-covered almond concoction that the proprietor developed for his own wedding. Or huckleberry, honey, and lavender. Between the 4 of us, we had 8 different flavors and everyone was happy! Tip: there’s a great little patio in back! We sat back there and enjoyed the breeze.

I have been going to this place every year since I was a teenager, but the quality seems to have gone down. They icecream wasn't very creamy, it was mostly ice chunks. It is also pretty expensive.
