We visited this café this past weekend. There is plenty of seating inside, and tables are available outside as well—which is definitely a plus. The exterior of the café is also beautifully decorated. There is a decent variety of ice cream flavors to choose from, though our family found it difficult to make a selection, as none of our favorite flavors were available. In the end, I chose banana; my daughter picked the watermelon-yogurt sorbet; my son went for "Bumble Berry"; and my husband ordered a blueberry-lime milkshake. To be honest, the kids and I didn't care for the ice cream; it wasn't creamy at all. My banana scoop was completely flavorless—I couldn't even taste the banana; it was just like eating frozen milk. My husband, however, enjoyed his milkshake; he found it tasty and sufficiently thick. The service was pleasant, and they even offered my daughter samples so she could taste-test some flavors. The prices are average. We won't be returning ourselves, but we would still recommend that others visit and give it a try—you just might find a flavor you love.

Absolutely the best ice cream in the area. Many delicious flavors and styles. You definately must try this place. Great staff, home made ice cream housed in a haunted building! Reasonable prices. Something for everyone to enjoy. See you again real soon.

I absolutely love this place! Amazing ice-cream with flavors that I actually have dreamed about! Jack chip is so good, if you haven't tried it you need to! I'm blind and the staff are always extremely helpful and have even helped me navigate the crowds that are inevitable some days. Everyone is always nice and I'm lucky to live within a few blocks so they see me often..more often than I see them. Haha a little blind humor. Keep doing an amazing job! I have no doubt you guys make the world a better place!

The iconic ice cream shop in Fort Collins, Colorado. Locally owned and situated right smack dab in the heart of old town Fort Collins on Mountain Avenue. Always a diverse and unique set of flavors, including vegan options, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, malts/shakes and more… I’ve lived in Fort Collins Colorado and Northern Colorado for over 20 years and this is always our go to ice cream shop whether we’re in old town eating dinner or we make a special stop just to get that delicious ice cream. In the building they’re located in dates back to the early 1900s and has a whole bunch of really cool history including an apparent ghost that visits the building from time to time. Super easy to find and to get to with lots of on street parking as well as a few parking garage is within close proximity to the ice cream shop. Whether you live in Fort Collins or you’re visiting, walrus ice cream in Fort Collins Colorado is always a great place to stop in, grab a cone, and enjoy sitting on the outdoor patio.
