The Story
The Soda Jerks make their own syrups — sorghum, apple, mountain berries — and pour them over carbonation on site. It's a modern fountain built on very old technique.

Tried their soda at a restaurant in Waynesville, it was so different and so good. No odd after taste. Then I found the Concord grape flavor…. Holy moly!!! Took me straight back to my childhood’s pb&j sandwiches. Just incredible. Finally had the chance to stop in at the shop and bought some flavors I had not had yet. The person running the shop was super helpful and gave me a little history on the company. Definitely will be back, probably ever weekend 😂 So happy to find the Waynesville soda jerks.

Literally the best soda. Like so good. Made with real produce. The apple one is made with local NC apples. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is also very cute with fun products. Highly recommend!!

If you haven't already tried out these sodas you're seriously missing out! Not only are the flavors excellent and impossible to find anywhere else but they also got a slushy machine in & have different flavors in rotation! I don't know if they have the floats available yet but you can be sure I'll be back to enjoy those. Lovely little shop & delightful staff. Treat yourself and come here. Personal favorite flavors are: Lavender Lemon, plum lime, strawberry rhubarb & peach. I look forward to coming back for raspberry cream & other goodies 😋
