Quick and efficient helped adjust my price as soon as I gave my new insurance card and even special wrapped a gift I bought for my daughter and tissue paper and made it pretty in the bag… So appreciate the extra little touches to make it special. I did not get her name. She’s a beautiful young girl, Dark hair and glasses. Today is August 3 at 3:30 in the afternoon. I so appreciate each and every worker in this amazing pharmacy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness, warmth, and a level of care that is truly rare these days. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and sweet. Hailey and Charlie are absolutely rock stars checking out customers at the front desk. The pharmacist is absolutely one of a kind—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in his customers’ well-being. Cody has personally taken the time to work closely with me on specific medication patches, making sure everything was just right and making sure the medication I need stays stocked. That level of attention and dedication made a huge difference for me. The pharmacy techs are also very much appreciated, they are incredible workers. It’s clear that this pharmacy isn’t just about filling prescriptions—it’s about people, relationships, and trust. I am so grateful to have found a place where I feel supported and valued every time I walk through the door. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and truly compassionate care. The other pharmacies in area didn’t even come close with top notch customer service.

Westgate Pharmacy is on another level. I don’t know what they’re putting in the water over there, but the whole team is straight-up elite. Cody stays getting things handled like a pro! Always ready to help and somehow makes everything easy. Hands down best Pharmacist around! And the girls? Absolute baddies (in the best way 😂). Super positive, outgoing, and they get stuff DONE. Fast, efficient, friendly… and somehow still manage to keep the vibes high every time you walk in. It’s like customer service and personality both showed up to work. If you want your prescriptions filled quickly and your day made better at the same time, this is the spot.
