Great local spot in South Tempe! What’s the Scoop has become one of my go-to places for ice cream and raspados. The staff are always friendly, the shop is clean, and the portions are generous. My chocolate milkshake was rich and fresh, and you can tell everything’s made with care. Just a couple miles from Guadalupe, it’s a convenient stop that feels like a true neighborhood gem.
